reiki session

what you need to know

this is a 30 minute session with me that transmits the healing energy of reiki from me to you. reiki is a form of energy medicine that can be applied to anyone or anything. distance reiki is the practice of sending universal life force energy across space and time. because we are all interconnected and we live in an age of technology, this magical transfer or energy is possible. in our time together, i will hold space for healing, kindness, and peace to weave into your system. we will begin with a discussion of your goals and areas of focus. then i will guide you through a short meditation. this allows you to receive the energy more easily and completely. i will then transition into channeling the energy. i have a set of crystals that will serve as a proxy for your chakras. reiki is an intelligent source of light, it knows how to move and where to go. as the reiki is flowing there may be messages or insights that come through for you (on my end and yours), i may speak light language if it comes up, or it may be as simple as feeling and presence. there are no wrong answers. there is nothing that you need to do to prepare for this. you only need to show up, fully, authentically, and open to receive. this is a time for you. to feel held, supported, and loved. if you feel called to book you will receive an email with more details and all the information you need regarding our meeting. i look forward to connecting with you friend!
